  • We are a newly established small home-owned business venture and do not currently operate any physical store locations. However, our comprehensive game catalog is organized by genres and game mechanisms, making it easy for you to browse and find the perfect games for your enjoyment.

  • Game rental reservations can be made through our website by selecting the games you wish to rent, choosing the rental period, and proceeding to checkout. Payment is required to confirm your reservation. Alternatively, you can also give us a call to make the rental reservation on your behalf, and make the payment through the call.

  • Currently, our customers can reserve a maximum of 5 games for each rental booking. To make new reservations, customers must return the games currently in their possession before renting out new ones. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all customers and allows us to maintain a smooth rental process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making the most of your gaming experience with us!

  • The rental fee will be charged immediately upon reservation, and a hold (not charged) will be placed on your card for the full Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the games rented. Upon returning the games and completing inspection and quality checks, the hold on your card will be released. No additional payment will be charged to the card unless there are quality issues identified during the inspection. In such cases, any necessary charges will be communicated and processed accordingly. Rest assured, we strive to ensure a transparent and fair rental process for our customers.

  • Yes. Here's a concise summary of our rental and extension policies:

    • Minimum Rental Period: Games are rented for a minimum of 5 days.
    • Extension Option: After the initial 5 days, you can either call us or send in an email to extend the rental for another 5 days at a cost of 20% of the base rental charge per day. (eg, a Game rented at $15 for 5 days, would have an extension fee of $3/day for the next 1-5 days.)
    • Late Return Charges: If a game is not returned on time and no communication is received, then Late fees apply at 50% of the base rental charge per day for the next 5 days. (eg, a Game rented at $15 for 5 days, would have a late fee of $7.5/day for the next 1-5 days until the game si received.)
    • Failure to Return: If a game is not returned within the late period, then the full MSRP of the game is charged, along with any accrued late fees.

  • Depending on the subscription mystery box chosen, you can expect to receive a selection of 1-8 games. Our game curation considers factors like intensity, complexity, and variety to ensure you have a well-balanced mix of games for an enjoyable experience.   • If there's a game you really want to try and it's not currently in our inventory, we'd love to hear about it! We are passionate about tabletop games and love expanding our collection with new varieties. If you come across a striking game in the market that you'd like to try through us, let us know! We have a "Magic-Moments-Wishlist" where we add requested games.

    On the first Friday of each month, we randomly draw a game from this list to add to our inventory. Once available, we make it accessible to our general rental pool and our subscribed members.   • This depends on our current game inventory, but feel free to inquire about purchasing the game at the end of your rental period! Your rental fee will be deducted from the MSRP of the game, and you'll only owe the remaining cost, plus any charge if at all for any additional expansions/accessories included in the box. If you prefer a brand new copy, we recommend purchasing locally to support independent retailers. We soon look at having tie-ups with local vendors to expand our collection.
